What are the possibilities of implementing Bookolo Booking Engine on a hotel website?

 Bookolo Booking Engine is implemented on the hotel website by the hotel's webmaster based on the manual provided by Bookolo. Implementation is quick and easy. Booking Engine can be implemented in a form of iframe or new window.

With which systems can Bookolo Booking Engine be connected?

Bookolo Booking Engine can be connected to a wide range of property management systems (PMS) or external channel managers. More information can be found in the Connectivity section.

Is it possible to set different prices for different OTA channels in Bookolo Channel Manager?

Yes - Bookolo Channel Manager offers several configuration options.

We have our own accounts for Google Ads and Business Manager (Meta Ads). Is it possible to use them?

Yes - the ideal option is to take over your existing accounts and make all campaign changes and long-term optimization directly within them. This is important for maintaining data consistency and tracking long-term trends. The takeover is done by simply adding the appropriate emails and setting up rights and permissions. If you don't have your own accounts, arrangements can be made to create them.

What does the price for online campaigns consist of?

The price consists of 3 basic parts: set-up, monthly fee and credit. At the beginning of the cooperation, a one-time set-up of campaigns (technical structure, keyword selection, ad copywriting and other activities) will take place, which is charged with a one-time fee. Thereafter, the actual management of the campaigns, which is carried out by experienced specialists, is charged on a monthly basis. The last item is then the advertising budget - if the accounts are yours, the billing is between you and the individual tools (Google, Meta, List, etc). If the accounts are run through us, the amount is re-billed 1:1.

What information do you need to know from us before you start working with us?

We need to know your goals - what type of customers you are interested in, or what market or country you want to reach. We also need to know what the campaigns are intended to achieve - whether it's a certain volume of direct bookings, an increase in demand for a particular date, or the promotion and promotion of a specific special offer.

Will I get any reports? And how often?

For each form of cooperation we prepare data reports on the performance of direct bookings. All of these reports are online with real-time data, so you can look at the report whenever you want and see how your hotel is performing. The report can be found under a special link that we will send you at the beginning of the cooperation. Other services regarding consultations and their form already depend on the form and volume of cooperation.

Is it possible to add new campaigns or expand existing ones during the collaboration?

Of course. It very much depends on the size and extent of the changes. Minor changes are part of the monthly campaign management and therefore within the already set monthly fee. If it is a more complex campaign with a higher level of preparation, it is always handled individually according to the complexity. These changes are then charged an extra amount.
